Our roadmap reflects our journey from initial concept to a comprehensive, self-sustaining educational platform.

✅ Stage 1: MVP (Minimum Viable Product) - COMPLETED

Timeline: July-September 2025 Goal: Quickly and cost-effectively validate our core concept: is there market demand for our approach to open and interactive education?

  • ✅ Hub and Spoke Architecture implemented and stable
  • ✅ 3 Linux Modules created and deployed to production
  • ✅ Quiz Engine v1.0.0 with full interactive testing system
  • ✅ Hugo + Apache2 + Wildcard SSL - fast and secure infrastructure
  • ✅ Full CI/CD Automation via GitHub Actions (commit to production in 2-3 minutes)
  • ✅ GitHub Organization info-tech-io with 10+ repositories
  • ✅ 100% Open Source - all platform code and content is open

Outcome: Fully functional educational platform with interactive content, ready for public use and scaling. Hypothesis confirmed - we’ve created a working ecosystem for IT education.

✅ Stage 2: Architectural Transformation - COMPLETED

Timeline: September 2025 Goal: Transition to a more flexible, scalable, and decentralized architecture.

  • ✅ Hugo Templates Factory Implementation: Replaced monolithic hugo-base with flexible template system
  • ✅ Decentralization with module.json: Each module now defines its own configuration and dependencies
  • ✅ Enhanced Scalability: Simplified creation and maintenance of new modules with various themes and components
  • ✅ Improved CI/CD Automation: Build process now fully managed by metadata from module.json

Outcome: Technology platform upgraded to new level, ready for rapid expansion of course catalog and customization.

🔄 Stage 3: Expansion and First Users (Current Stage)

Timeline: October 2025 - March 2026 Goal: Expand content base and begin forming our community core.

Timeline: April 2026 - December 2026 Goal: Reach 1000+ unique users per month and ensure sustainable project development.

  • Learning progress system (without registration, via localStorage)
  • Course completion certificates
  • Module ratings and review system

Content Scaling

  • 10+ comprehensive modules across various IT directions
